Email support@directcase.ai with as much detail as you can: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday (CET).
First check the connector documentation for setup and troubleshooting steps, and the system status page for any ongoing incident. If it still doesn’t work, email support@directcase.ai with the client you’re using (Claude, etc.) and the exact error you see.
For invoices, plan changes, or cancellations, email support@directcase.ai from the address on your account and tell us what you’d like to change. You can also manage most of this from your account settings inside the app.
